Pooja Collection is a private business-management app used internally by Pooja Collection (a women's fashion boutique) to record its own customers, suppliers, sales, and payments. It is not a public consumer app.
Customer and supplier details entered by the shop owner — name, phone number, address, notes, and similar business-record fields — along with the shop's sales, payment, and alteration records. This information is about the shop's own customers and suppliers, entered directly by the shop owner.
All data is stored locally on the shop owner's device. If the owner chooses to connect Google Drive, an encrypted backup copy is stored in a hidden, app-specific storage area of their own Google Drive account (Google's "appdata" folder) that is not visible in their regular Drive and cannot be accessed by any other app. The app requests no other Google Drive permission.
This data is never sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party, advertiser, or analytics service. There is no backend server — the app communicates only with the shop owner's own Google Drive account, under their control.
The shop owner can disconnect Google Drive at any time from within the app, which stops all cloud backup activity immediately.
